Private dinner for 32 guests
Canapes mix and mingle followed by seated 3 course meal.

Set up:

2 options provided - the Long Banquet table or 3 x Vertical tables. Preference TBC

Standard table set up - white cloths, black tissue napkins, ghost chairs.

Other requirements:

TBC - Registration table

Arrival mingling followed by seated dinner through to 9pm

Decorations:

VYC candles & flowers

No extra decorations

You are welcome to book any decorations directly from local suppliers. The team are onsite for set up as per the event schedule below.

5.40pm Maori welcome performance (20 - 30mins)
6.10pm Canapés service (light canapés while mingling around the bar) and welcome drink
6.30pm Seated for entree. 3 piece live band.
7.45pm Main service
8.30 Dessert
9pm Last call
9.15pm Conclusion and departure

If there are formalities we recommend no ice drinks to be served and AC turned off to minimise disruption

Wind down half hour - lights slowly increase while music volume slowly decreases.

CLOSE (30 mins after last call) 

Events can be extended for an additional $300 per hour to cover staffing. Confirmation is required 21 days prior for staff rostering)

At close or 1pm the following day. For events on a Saturday 1pm the following Tuesday. If decorations are booked directly with local suppliers please let them know our pack in / out times for their scheduling
