To get started, we need a little information from you. Our planning questionnaire takes around 15–20 minutes and is best viewed on a desktop or laptop, rather than mobile. You’ll begin by setting up an account so you can access our planning tools and calculators.

 

Event Run Sheet

Your setup fee includes the creation of your Event Run Sheet, making sure everything is thoughtfully planned and runs smoothly on the day.​ We aim to have your run sheet confirmed 21 days prior to your event.
