General Info:

This is a presentation to past guests of Oceania Cruises with an opportunity for them to make enquiries and book their next cruise.

Set Up:

Low cabaret facing speaker, See floor plan for full details

Tables set cabaret style (guest per table dependent on final numbers). Floor plan to be updated.
One x clothed 900 leaner set at entrance to room (once up the stairs) for registration desk.
One x booking desk set near entrance of room (the Oak table) with 3-4 chairs around each (recommend non-clothed for this table)
One small café table clothed and set at front of room for presenters laptop
OCI signage to be set TBC

AV Set Up:

House sound system, Smaller screen (in front terrace), 2 x wireless microphones, $258 incl GST, Larger VYC screen for rolling corporate footage

1.45pm Guest arrival - Greeted by Oceania staff and VYC staff with trays of arrival drink options
2.20pm High tea placed on tables
2.30pm Guests are seated for Hight Tea - beverage table service all drinks
2.45pm Presentation - drinks service continues discretely (no ice drinks until presentation is ended)
3.30pm Presentation ends, guests can order another drink and are invited to visit the booking desk
4pm Conclusion
4.15pm Pack Down
4.30pm All staff off site
