This is a presentation to past guests of Oceania Cruises with an opportunity for them to make enquiries and book their next cruise.
Set Up:
Low cabaret facing speaker, See floor plan for full details
Tables set cabaret style. Floor plan to be set up for 60.
One x clothed 900 leaner set at entrance to room (once up the stairs) for registration desk.
One small café table clothed and set at front of room for presenters laptop
OCI signage to be set TBC
Britomart flowers to be set up on each table - 6 small vases down the centre of each table between the high tea platters.

AV Set Up:
House sound system, Smaller screen (in front terrace), 2 x wireless microphones, $258 incl GST, Larger VYC screen for rolling corporate footage

2.45pm Presentation - drinks service continues discretely and quietly
3.30pm Presentation ends, guests can order another drink and are invited to visit the booking desk
4pm Conclusion
