Overall feeling of the event and any highlights? 

Nice event, they enjoyed there dinner said the food was beautiful, they were quite tired from there conference

No all pre paid refund of $283 owed to them

Not really, quite tricky to manage to portions on the buffet as most people took steak and lamb. was an extra vege on the night as the no pork or beef didn't eat salmon either so were given a different vege dish but they had a bit of food envy with what the other vege had, suggested to the chef they make a couple of back up vege dishes
