Thanks for having us again, Nic had a nice night, her first birthday without her twin

No paid on the night
Was the bar tab increased? If YES, by who? Very important in case of next day regrets
no kept at 1000 but Nic and her husbands drinks went on it afterwards only

They arrived at 6pm not 7pm like the runsheet said, we were ready to go so let them up, she was going to pay for the extra hour at the end but they didn't need it and were out but 11.30pm
Roster Observations? Worked or any issues?
Worked well....but bit tricky as they wanted me up there most of the time, Luke did great at managing most things down stairs
Agency Staff - good? bad? use again?

They came through to the toilet in VYC afew times asked them not to
