Event went well, everyone looked cool in there hats! Good vibe, steady on the bar

Host booked the wrong day, recieved an email around 1pm asking if we were ready for 5.15pm, emailed back then rang saying that our runsheet says tomorrow, asked if they could be tomorrow but they said it couldn't be. Said ill see what I can do, rang love and he said he was coming in, rang and messaged many staff and they were all superstars and came in!! Security also changed days, cleaner organized for tonight and Hancock's order arrived with a couple of hours!!!
Roster Observations? Worked or any issues?
Worked well, slightly over, but staff went home early and took a break for 30mins as we got everything ready super fast
Agency Staff - good? bad? use again?
All side kickers cancelled for tomorrow. New staff I hired yesterday were great!!!
