General info:
This is the annual celebratory dinner for the participants of the Dean's Leadership Programme. We are celebrating the end of the programme and it will be attended by the Dean, faculty staff, students and industry guests. We are delighted to be hosting this event for the 4th year in a row.
There are 51 guests confirmed. 47 main menu $105, and 4 guests with the Vegetarian Menu $95.
Set up:
Option A The Vertical Terrace, 4 x tables of 10, 1 x table of 11, Table cloths ironed with set up, A total of 5 x 2.4m banquet tables, https://www.vyceventplan.com/option-a

5 x tables of eight - final guest number TBC and adjusted
Other requirements:
Registration Table, Wheel chair access (VYC only), Table cloths ironed with set up

No additional decorations
You are welcome to book any decorations directly from local suppliers. The team are onsite for set up as per the event schedule below.

FORMALITIES:
Noted that the timing of formalities will have table clearing while speeches are happening.
6:00pm – Guests begin arriving at Viaduct YC (48 Market Place, Auckland Central)
6:45pm – Guests invited to be seated by MCs
6:55pm – Welcome speech from Dean, Richard Clarke
7:00pm – First course served
7:20pm – PLG 1 (speech)
7:25pm – PLG 2 (speech)
7:30pm – Main course served
8:10pm – PLG 3 (speech)
8:15pm – PLG 4 (speech)
8:25pm – PLG 5 (speech)
8:30pm – Dessert served
8:50pm – Thank you by MCs. Mix and mingle
9:30pm – Event concludes
If there are formalities we recommend no ice drinks to be served and AC turned off to minimise disruption

Last call for last drinks order
Wind down half hour - lights slowly increase while music volume slowly decreases.
CLOSE (30 mins after last call)
Events can be extended for an additional $300 per hour to cover staffing. Confirmation is required 21 days prior for staff rostering)
PACK OUT
At close or 1pm the following day. For events on a Saturday 1pm the following Tuesday. If decorations are booked directly with local suppliers please let them know our pack in / out times for their scheduling

All fixed costs invoiced approx. 10 days prior to the event. Invoice payment terms are 3 working days unless by prior arrangement.

Any deposit paid to either be refunded the following week or deducted from invoice if invoiced.
