General info:
Company Staff Christmas Party. We have booked 2 casino tables and an open photo booth to keep staff entertained at the start of the evening for 2 hours, before being seated for dinner.
Set up:
Option B The Horizontal Terrace, Running parallel to the windows
The theme for the evening is 007. The 'Black, White & Gold' table setting theme will go well with the theme.
Other requirements:
Table cloths ironed with set up
Casino Tables + Sit-down Dinner + potentially a bit of dancing
Decorations:
VYC candles & flowers
Thinking 'Large Light Up Letters' to say either '007' or something we come up closer to the event date.
Previous 007 party got a 007 ice sculpture with '007 and a gun' carved into the ice. Can double as a luge for shots if you are keen.
You are welcome to book any decorations directly from local suppliers. The team are onsite for set up as per the event schedule below.

7.15pm Call to be seated for dinner
7.30pm Entree served
Best Dressed between entree & main - would push out mains and sweet bites by 15 mins.
8.15pm Mains served
9pm Sweet Bites
11pm Last call for wind down half hour
11.30pm Conclusion
If there are formalities we recommend no ice drinks to be served and AC turned off to minimise disruption

Wind down half hour - lights slowly increase while music volume slowly decreases.
CLOSE (30 mins after last call)
Events can be extended for an additional $300 per hour to cover staffing. Confirmation is required 21 days prior for staff rostering)

At close or 1pm the following day. For events on a Saturday 1pm the following Tuesday. If decorations are booked directly with local suppliers please let them know our pack in / out times for their scheduling
