General info:
BNI is an international networking organisation and we've invited the high achievers in the Auckland area to have dinner together. Flat menu cost of $110 per guest.
Set up:
Three 2.4 x 1.2 metre banquet tables, Table cloths ironed, As per floor plan below, 2 x tables of 10, 1 x table of 11
Standard table setting. CATs score sheets printed by host and put onto each table setting.
Other requirements:

Drinks before, dinner in-between, drinks after
Decorations:
VYC candles & flowers
Branded pull up banners to be set up by host on arrival
You are welcome to book any decorations directly from local suppliers. The team are onsite for set up as per the event schedule below.
Lighting:
Mid soft then dark and moody after formalities
AV Set Up:
House sound system, VYC screen in front terrace (128cm x 77cm), Lectern (no charge), Wireless microphone $129 incl GST

FORMALITIES:
6pm DC Marvels arrival and set up (Team onsite briefing 5.45pm)
6.30pm Guest arrival - to bar for drink, then seated on arrival
6.45pm Welcome speech, housekeeping and certificates. Advised bar service as open 'cash' bar
7.05pm Entrees served
7.25pm Millionaire Club panel - host has been advised clearing will happen while panel is on, but requested we do as quietly as possible.
7.45pm Guests asked to re-seat for mains
8.00pm Mains served
8.20pm Panel - host has been advised clearing will happen while panel is on, but requested we do as quietly as possible.
8.50pm Dessert
9.15pm Thank you, last call and wind down half hour
9.45pm Conclusion
If there are formalities we recommend no ice drinks to be served and AC turned off to minimise disruption

Wind down half hour - lights slowly increase while music volume slowly decreases.

Events can be extended for an additional $300 per hour to cover staffing. Confirmation is required 21 days prior for staff rostering)

At close or 1pm the following day. For events on a Saturday 1pm the following Tuesday. If decorations are booked directly with local suppliers please let them know our pack in / out times for their scheduling

Food pre-order individually plated. Beverage bar service as cash open bar., Guests have table name tags. There is a colour top right corner for their main selection and a colour bottom left corner for their dessert selection. Colours TBC from Lisa

One guest has an allergy to the Allium family - garlic, onion. Team to identify and cater to separately.

All fixed costs invoiced approx. 10 days prior to the event. Invoice payment terms are 3 working days unless by prior arrangement.
Deposit
Any deposit paid to either be refunded the following week or deducted from invoice if invoiced.
