We are delighted to be hosting your upcoming event. We have a series of event planning questions for you to brief us and help us organise your event. This requires about 20 - 25 minutes, and is best viewed on desktop rather than mobile.
Our event planning questionnaire is filled with helpful tools and resources for you to quickly and seamlessly decide how you want your event to run. The food selection has a running total for you to manage your buget and also shows you how much you have ordered with recommended portion sizes. 'Have I ordered enough food?' is one of the most common questions we have from our hosts. You can also save your information, allowing you to make changes and take your time, rather than tackling the brief in one sitting.
First you need to register a planning account and these tools will be available. If you are short of time and don't want to register, you can use the short questionnaire we provided in the email or by clicking here.
Once we receive your answers, we then prepare a run sheet for you so that everything runs smoothly. If you have any questions or would like any recommendations please email the planning team at info@vyceventplan.com. We are here to help!

EVENT SET UP
NOTES
We open our doors 15 mins prior to guest arrival for early comers. Our standard evening event time is 7pm - 12.30am but we can accomodate different times.
Our booking fee covers events up to 5.5 hours, however you can extend your event for $300 per hour to cover additional staff resourcing.
We are licensed from 8am to 4am
Minimum guest numbers:

If you have less than the guest number we charge a $70 venue fee per absent guest. Eg if you have 28 guests in the Black Door there would be an extra venue hire charge of $140.
Tell us a little bit about your event. Is there something special happening, is there a theme, are there special guests, or anything we should be aware of?
The key contact is the person we will talk to if there are any issues or questions from staff and to discuss the bar TAB (if there is one).
